At PaletDiva, we are delighted to offer a 7-day return policy for items that are unused, unworn, and still have their original tags attached. Refunds will be Credited within 15 days of requesting a return:
- Online Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- COD Payments: Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Steps to Process a Return :
- Prepare Your Package
Include all items (along with the invoice) in a secure package and address it to:Palet Diva

- All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Items damaged during transit must still have the tag for processing.
- Note: Items that are damaged or altered after the tags are removed will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- Submit Your Return Request.
- Email support@paletdiva.com with clear images of the product, including its packaging and tags, to schedule a return pickup.
- Return Pickup
- Our courier partner will collect the package within 3-5 business days at no additional cost.
- Refund/Store Credit Processing
- Once the item is picked up, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
- Refunds for online payments will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Refunds for COD payments will be provided as store credit.
- Cancellation Policy
- To cancel an order, email support@paletdiva.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order.
- International Orders
- Currently, we do not accept return requests for international orders.
