Warranty
Palet Diva provides a one-year warranty for all its products purchased online. Palet Diva will carry out necessary repairs and repolishing for the jewelry from the date of purchase, for a year. This warranty applies to the entire catalog, including products on sale. The warranty is valid for jewelry purchased through www.paletdiva.com. The warranty does not cover repair or repolishing of products that are modified, misused, subjected to wear and tear, or handled negligently by the buyer.
Sales Policy
Palet Diva enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you (the buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed, the price mentioned on the invoice will be the final price and inclusive of all taxes and shipment charges.
Please note, orders confirmed by the buyer are final and cannot be canceled. Palet Diva reserves the right to cancel orders in case of unauthorized activity in the payment.
If a damaged or incorrect product is sent, buyers must inform us via email with the product tag, image, and invoice copy. Palet Diva will arrange a free pickup of the item from your doorstep. Our address for correspondence is:

Upon receipt and a QC pass, the correct product will be shipped to you within 2-3 working days.
Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
After placing an order, customers have the option to cancel it within one hour. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 10 working days through the same payment mode.
For returns, buyers must inform Palet Diva via email (with the product tag, invoice copy, and product image) at support@paletdiva.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Palet Diva will arrange a free pickup for such products. The address for correspondence is:
